You’ll learn how to graft into rootstock to create a new plant with fruit identical to the original cutting. With the skills learned during the workshop\, you’ll be able to do your own grafting later\, as well as create two grafted trees from the varieties in our orchard to take home. \nIf you have a grafting knife\, please bring it along.
